Customer Experience Specialist Opportunity

The Customer Experience Consultant is responsible for managing customer experience by identifying issues proactively, building strong relationships, and identifying solutions that benefit both Maersk and the customer.

The primary point of contact for customers via all communication channels, ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal stakeholders.

Understanding external factors impacting the customer's supply chain and their sense of urgency, service needs, drivers, and desires.

Aligning with customer expectations upfront and responding with suggested solutions.

Responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk's product offering.

Cross-selling and upselling Logistics and Services products to customers.

Responsible for vendor management and shipment order consolidation planning without physical cargo execution.

Proactively tracking shipments and notifying customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives.

Focusing on providing solutions while willing to go the extra mile towards customers.

Knowledge of shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry preferred.

Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good process understanding and digital proficiency.

Strong Microsoft office skills.

Ability to work under pressure, keeping quality in focus.
