About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team and drive our social media ecosystem forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic go-to-market plan for our social media channels, focusing on engaging existing followers and attracting new ones.
  • Create and curate relevant, relatable content to encourage user engagement and increase our share of voice.
  • Analyse results and engagement metrics to optimize our social media performance.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align and promote key content messages and themes.
  • Manage social media budgets and expenditure reporting to drive efficiencies.
  • Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner, aligning with our brand tone of voice.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and warranty teams on matters requiring resolution.
  • Report on social campaign performance and contribute to a test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a focus on social media.
  • Strategic planning skills and experience across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Experience in marketing to a consumer audience and analysing Facebook insights.
  • Ability to create adverts and reports in Facebook Business Manager, with Adobe Suite experience being a plus.
