About the Role:

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing a strategic go-to-market plan and content direction for ARB's social media ecosystem. This will involve engaging existing followers and developing content to prospective customers via each platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and curate relevant and relatable social content to encourage user engagement
• Deliver social content within a timely schedule for increased engagement and share of voice
• Analyse results and engagement to continue optimising performance
• Develop and align promotional plans to align with the product and marketing teams
• Manage social media budgets and expenditure reporting to drive efficiencies
• Work with key stakeholders to align and promote key content messages and themes
• Respond to customers in a timely and professional manner in line with ARB's tone of voice
• Coordinate with key product, sales and warranty on matters requiring resolutions
• Report on social campaign performance
• Promote and live a test and learn culture focusing on continuous improvement

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role, strategic planning skills, experience across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, experience in marketing to a consumer audience, experience in analysing Facebook insights, ability to create adverts and reports in Facebook Business Manager, and experience using Adobe Suite is preferable.
