GoActive Outdoors is a subsidiary of the ARB Group, and is the exclusive importer and distributor of Thule Sport & Cargo and Active with Kids range of products. GoActive Outdoors is also the exclusive importer and distributor of Konig tyre chains.
We are currently seeking a Field Sales Representative who will be responsible for the territories independent retailers’ sales results, management of in-store visual merchandising and product training & awareness. Assist in range building across numerous product channels and provide retailer guidance on growth opportunities ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and Maintain Client Relationships
- Understand and Address Client Needs
- Deliver Training Programs
- Provide Ongoing Support to clients
- Visual Merchandising Installation
- Market Research and Analysis
- Sales Activity Monitoring
- Implement Channel Managers' Strategies
- Travel within the designated territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Collaborate with the Channel Managers in managing the retailer network to drive sales in the given territory.
**About you**:
- 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or wholesale, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in automotive accessories, bicycle industry, and/or outdoor products.
- Experience in visual merchandising and/or sales training.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technology is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the designated territory and to work on weekend events as required.
- Valid driver's license.
