
Culturally Responsive Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Aboriginal Programs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing services that cater to the needs of Aboriginal people in our care.
This role involves building relationships with community organisations, facilitating service integration, and ensuring culturally responsive practices. The Manager, Aboriginal Programs will play a key role in strengthening rehabilitation outcomes for Aboriginal people.

- Operational and contract oversight
- Staff training and cultural responsiveness
- Community reintegration support
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, cultural competence, and experience in program development and management. They will also have a commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on delivering high-quality services.
A strong knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities is essential, along with a dedication to improving outcomes.
The position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
