
Culturally Responsive Case Practitioner

This role supports and develops case management staff to enhance their ability to provide culturally appropriate practice; whilst increasing knowledge of Aboriginal culture and building cultural capacity across all CCS positions.
The successful candidate will undertake regular monitoring of regional performance and contribute to the formation of policy and procedures that strengthen culturally appropriate case practice. This includes guiding CCS staff to improve connectedness to programs and cultural supports for Aboriginal clients.

- Ability to communicate sensitively and work effectively with the Victorian Aboriginal community
