About Wesfarmers Health, we are seeking a Culture and Capability Lead to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role centres around designing, developing, delivering, and managing impactful culture and learning programs across various retail and pharmacy brands.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, deliver, and manage impactful culture and learning programs that meet the training needs of employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop relevant programs that enhance employee engagement and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in learning design and delivery, along with facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in eLearn authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and SCORM files.
- Effective project management, program design and delivery skills.
- Proven track record in program design and delivery, across an audience of minimum 5,000 individuals.
- Proven influencing, interpersonal, communication skills along with stakeholder management skills.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Education, Organisational Development or related discipline preferred.
