Make a Difference in Aboriginal Communities
We are looking for an experienced Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager to join our team at Reservoir Community Correctional Services (CCS). As an Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of predominantly Aboriginal people assessed as being at high risk of reoffending.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with members of the Victorian Aboriginal community, including experience with or an understanding of the social and cultural issues impacting it. You will also lead the provision of advice to CCS managers and staff on issues impacting the effective case management of Aboriginal clients, and the development and implementation of cultural support plans.
