**Role Overview:**

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.

Job Description:

As a Therapeutic Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection. This involves leading a team of professionals in the delivery of culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in Family Violence and possesses a solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.

While prior leadership experience is not required, we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of facilitators and case managers in delivering culturally grounded and trauma-informed programs.
  • Develop and implement program strategies that promote cultural safety and community connection.
  • Collaborate with community members and stakeholders to ensure programs meet the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and families.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
  • A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
  • No prior leadership experience required—training and ongoing support provided
  • A Diploma or higher in a relevant field (training support available)
  • Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey
