About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Deposit Accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product feature changes, ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards, and leverage data and market insights to inform pricing strategies, assess margin impacts, and manage interest rate changes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in the Banking industry, with Business Banking experience highly regarded;
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable decisions;
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes;
  • Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools.
