We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts professional to join our team in the South East. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a well-rounded and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment.
Job Summary:- This role involves managing invoices and processing payments, as well as providing support to our Accounts team using your knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage a high volume of invoices
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve customer and supplier enquiries
- Support the Accounts team with day-to-day tasks and projects
- Review and process supplier payments and daily cash and cheque deposits
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar AP/AR role
- Previous experience with Pentana/DMS/ERA net accounting package desirable
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and digital platforms
