Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our accounts payable operations in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with computers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process all creditor invoices accurately
- Load payments into the Bank platform
- Manage other accounting data and input it into the General Ledger
- Maintain relationships with vendors and handle inquiries
Additional responsibilities include cash flow reconciliation and forecasting, audit, reconciliation and upload of Corporate Credit card expenses.
**Support Responsibilities**:
**_Payroll_**:
- Manage the weekly pay run process from set-up to finalisation
- Collaborate with site managers to ensure employee data is accurate and resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to employee queries relating to payroll
**_Accounts Receivable_**:
- Management of Accounts receivable operations
- Analyse transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
- Daily monitoring and reconciliation of customer deposits
**Requirements:**
- Strong organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers
- Tertiary or diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline or several years of relevant experience
