
Customer Experience Advocate

We're seeking an exceptional customer advocate to join our team as a Funeral Arranger. This role is at the forefront of making funerals simple and inexpensive for families in need.
As part of our transformation, we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer experiences.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for both existing and new customers, advocating on their behalf and providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs.
You'll also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and dissatisfaction, improving negative customer experiences through effective problem-solving and communication.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Service orientation: Actively seek and develop strategies to help key stakeholders
- Resilience: Bounce back from stressful experiences while being optimistic, emotionally aware, and adaptable
- Prioritization: Compare and rank the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
