We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Customer Experience team in creating an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, you will provide administrative support and work closely with the CX team to ensure seamless communication with our customers throughout their new home journey.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Provide essential administrative support to the CX team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Manage group inboxes, facilitating seamless communication across the team.
  • Prepare reports, audits, presentations, and documentation, contributing to our commitment to excellence and compliance.
  • Respond to client queries, providing exceptional service that builds lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with Site Managers, trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
