About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Enhancement Specialist to join our team.

As an Automotive Enhancement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles from Volkswagen, LDV, and Nissan, helping our customers bring their vision for their vehicles to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install a wide range of aftermarket genuine accessories and enhancements on vehicles from Volkswagen, LDV, and Nissan, including but not limited to:
  • Exterior styling enhancements (bull bars, tow bars and general accessories)
  • Interior accessories
  • Ensure all installations are completed with precision, accuracy, and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify the functionality and appearance of installed accessories.
  • Closely collaborate with other departments, including sales and service, to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Automotive Enhancement Technician or in a similar automotive technician role is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in using tools and equipment for accessory installations.
  • Knowledge of vehicles from Volkswagen, LDV, and Nissan is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the driving experience for our customers.
  • A current Western Australian Driver's License.
