**Service Operations Coordinator Role**

An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Perth, reporting directly to the Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day service functions to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient profitable operations.

This role involves managing customer inquiries/complaints, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate service databases and spreadsheets, obtaining pricing for system repairs, preparing quotes, raising purchase orders, and consulting with suppliers.

The successful applicant will possess strong customer service skills, be self-motivated, have effective communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. MyOB experience is also desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all customer enquiries and complaints
  • Scheduling appointments and ensuring technicians attend as scheduled
  • Maintaining accurate services databases and spreadsheets
  • Preparing quotes for system repairs
  • Raising purchase orders and consulting with suppliers

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Total commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven customer service ethic
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving ability
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MyOB
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
