Customer Service Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and support through various communication channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with fluency in Japanese and English to leverage their skills in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Support multiple products to meet business needs
  • Handle high volumes of inquiries from clients and customers
  • Meet individual performance metrics and team goals
  • Understand and implement business strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Analyze opportunities for process improvements
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written English and native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 qualification
  • Impeccable telephone manners and communication skills
  • Exceptional listening skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
