Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a forward-thinking culinary strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of 30+ Chefs, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-performing kitchen operations.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at every level.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events and functions, consistently delivering high-quality food and memorable experiences.
  • Drive creativity, innovation, and quality in menu design, inventory management, and supplier relationships.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a Head or Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-outlet environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, train, and motivate teams.
  • Outstanding knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and cost control, with a flair for creativity and attention to detail.
