Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Director to lead our culinary team. As the right-hand person to our General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food service in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety: Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and implement effective practices to prevent contamination.

  • Sourcing and Inventory: Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
