Job Description

We are a national NDIS provider delivering support services in over 300 locations across Australia.

The successful candidate will have current suitability at the Proficient level as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist NDIS participants, their families, and/or carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning
  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans within complex support spaces
  • Develop meaningful goals and strategies using a positive behaviour support framework
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced professionals
Requirements
  • Completed degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • NDIS report writing experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
  • Proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector
