This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality care and support services to older adults. As an Aged Care Support Professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our clients.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the industry standard, job requirements, and location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Social Support: Assist clients with daily activities, such as accompanying them to doctor appointments, shopping, and other errands. Provide support while shopping, including packing bags and pushing shopping trolleys.
  • Domestic Assistance: Help clients with general home cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom, changing bed linen, and laundry duties.
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care needs, such as showering, dressing, and grooming when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Valid Police Check obtained within the last 6 months
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Passport/Visa, Medicare or Photo ID
  • Driver's Licence and Car Insurance (optional)
