We are seeking experienced Senior Speech Pathologists to support our growing team at ORS Group, providing clinical services to NDIS participants with complex communication needs. This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement and specialisation in speech pathology.
As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will work across various environments, including family homes, group homes, day programs, schools, community settings, and telehealth. You will have access to regular supervision, internal professional development opportunities, and the chance to develop clinical specialisations.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical services to NDIS participants with complex communication needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress
Apart from your extensive experience as a Speech Pathologist, we require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Registration with SPA
- A car and licence
- National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
