JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people live, work, play, shop, and eat. We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our high-performing NSW Office Leasing team.

Job Description

The role will provide primary support to our Head of Office Leasing – NSW & Head of Office Leasing – Australia, whilst also supporting our Sydney CBD team with coordination and administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client lists and communications
  • Coordinate and manage client events and meetings
  • Support client engagement activities and handle enquiries
  • Organise reimbursements, invoicing and payment of accounts
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Drive implementation of new processes for improved efficiency

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who can take on various challenges and tasks involving quick thinking, problem-solving, and collaborating both internally and externally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
