We are currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial Leasing Specialist to join our Sydney CBD Office Leasing team, focusing on Flexible Work Space service offerings. This role will be part of a dynamic team that maximizes the potential of properties by leveraging a complete range of services to deliver enterprising solutions.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Flexible Workspace and assume a key role in delivering flexible workspace solutions for valued clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting and developing office leasing systems to drive business growth.
  • Pursuing new appointments and fostering existing relationships with businesses to expand our client base.
  • Contributing to the production of proposals, pitches, and project promotional materials.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date client database with accurate information.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A commercial leasing background or Business Development experience within a flexible workspace provider.
  • A strong client-orientated approach with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of industry legislation and current market trends.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with high enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
  • A valid Real Estate License.

We offer a structured training and development plan to support your success, along with access to comprehensive tools and infrastructure. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, based on market rates in the Sydney CBD area.
