Sydney CBD Office Leasing Executive Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Leasing Executive to join our highly successful and growing Sydney CBD Office Leasing team, with a focus on flexible workspace solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to build on existing relationships and foster new connections within the business community, promoting our services and driving growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Creating and developing office leasing systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Pursuing new appointments to act for organisations, particularly in fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
  • Contributing to the production of proposals, pitches, and project promotional material.
  • Maintaining client databases, including data entry of listings, contact, and transactional information.

About You

To excel in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • A commercial leasing background or Business Development experience within a flexible workspace provider.
  • A strong client-orientated approach, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of industry legislation and current market trends.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • A current Real Estate License.
