The Firm, a renowned national Australian law firm with a strong Real Estate and Construction practice, is seeking an accomplished Leasing Solicitor to join its esteemed Sydney office.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity requires a highly skilled Junior Lawyer with 2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in leasing matters. The successful candidate will work directly with clients on various leasing agreements, transactions, and related property matters, under the guidance of experienced partners and senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload with precision and attention to detail.
  • Handle leasing matters independently, utilizing a strong understanding of leasing law.
  • Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client services.
  • Develop expertise in real estate and construction law through ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in leasing matters.
  • Demonstrated experience in real estate and leasing transactions, with confidence handling leasing matters independently.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
