Job Description

We are currently seeking a Sydney Flexible Workspace Leasing Specialist to join our highly successful and growing Sydney CBD Office Leasing team with a focus on our Flexible Work Space service offering. As a key member of our team, you will assume a critical role in delivering flexible workspace solutions for our valued clients.

Reporting to The Head of Flexible Workspace, you will build on the success of a growing team to establish your own profile in the marketplace. If you thrive in a busy environment where no two days are the same, then this is the ideal next role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and work with office leasing systems.
  • Pursue new appointments to act for organisations, focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses.
  • Contribute towards the production of proposals, pitches, and project promotional material.
  • Maintain the client database, including data entry of all listings, contact, and transactional information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A commercial leasing background or Business Development role within a flexible workspace provider.
  • A strong client-orientated approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and thorough understanding of industry legislation/current market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • A current Real Estate License.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
