This role isn't just about compliance—it's transformation. You'll lead SHEQ strategy, embed sustainability into operations, and empower teams to deliver safer, greener, and higher-quality outcomes.
As the new SHEQ Manager, you'll:
- Set the Direction Shape and deliver the SHEQ roadmap, aligned with our Continuous Excellence framework.
- Inspire a High-Performing Team Lead a team of three, building a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Owning Compliance & Standards Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations, ensuring full regulatory alignment.
- Driving Sustainability Forward Lead innovative recycling programs, reduce waste, and support our net zero ambitions.
- Building Capability & Resilience Deliver engaging training, lead audits, and strengthen crisis planning.
- Staying Connected Across ANZ Travel to sites across Aus & NZ, for 1 – 2 weeks at time, staying connected to regional teams.
Experience you will bring...
- Degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials preferred.
- Proven experience in SHEQ systems, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
