People and Safety Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled HR & WHS Specialist to join our Operations Team. The team is responsible for maintaining efficiency of process, minimizing risk, delivering on expectations, and providing support to teams to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and delivering strategies and resources that empower Youthworkers to be capable, resilient, and safe in their work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate development, implementation, and maintenance of documentation including briefs, guides, policies, procedures, templates, forms, flow charts, reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Assist with the delivery of HR & WHS management, compliance, and administration tasks.
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of HR & WHS principles within the organization.
  • Lead a small team of HR & WHS professionals.
