We're seeking a seasoned Work Health Safety Professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards for workplace safety.
The OpportunityOur ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of our Work Health Safety Program, providing expert guidance to teams across Australia and New Zealand, and fostering a positive safety culture.
- Developing and implementing effective WHS systems to meet exceptional quality standards.
- Training and coaching operators and team leaders on WHS hazards and controls.
- Supporting Site Leaders and Management teams with consultation, incident response, and risk management protocols.
- Ensuring an effective QMS is embedded into the system.
- Meeting or exceeding annual WHS Department goals.
As a Work Health Safety Advisor, you'll bring:
- Expertise in ANZ WHS regulatory framework.
- Application and knowledge of ISO standards within a FMCG business.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to positively influence and lead by example.
- Effective business communication and report writing skills.
With a strong commitment to working with a culturally diverse workforce and willingness to travel occasionally, you'll thrive in a friendly, fun, and professional working environment.
