Job Overview

The role of HSEQ Advisor is critical in shaping a proactive safety culture and driving continuous improvement within the organization.

As a trusted advisor, you will champion HSEQ excellence and lead the development of policies, procedures, and strategic programs aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of HSEQ policies, procedures, and strategic programs.
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to drive proactive compliance through risk management, audits, and site inspections.
  • Overseeing incident investigations and ensuring root cause analysis informs broader safety improvements.
  • Designing and delivering impactful HSEQ training and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on HSEQ performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Managing HSEQ systems and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

  • Demonstrated experience in HSEQ, safety leadership, or a related discipline, with a proven ability to influence and embed best practices.
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to partner across all levels of the organization.
  • Sharp attention to detail combined with advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
