Job Role

To excel in this role, you will empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives by providing personalized support.

This position requires a Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, and the ability to work across 24/7 rosters including overnight shifts. A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support with household tasks such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Client advocacy to ensure their rights and choices are respected.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Passion for health and safety demonstrated through First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People certification.
