Key Staff Manager

As a key contributor to our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and staff management across multiple services.
You will oversee casual staffing and workforce management, ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
Responsibilities- Staff Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain staffing rosters, monitor staff availability and leave, coordinate casual staff, and manage emergency labour hire plans with third-party agencies.
- Staffing Support: Resolve workforce-related issues, including leave and emergency shortages, and provide guidance on HR policies to senior managers.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to child safety and service standards, and generate reports on staffing, attendance, and workforce trends for senior management.
- Training & Development: Ensure casual staff maintain certifications and complete mandatory training, such as First Aid and child protection.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, improve retention, and implement strategies to enhance casual staff satisfaction.
