We're on the hunt for a passionate Key Account Manager to join our high-performing team and strengthen our partnerships with schools across East Victoria.

What You'll Be Doing As the face of Camp Australia to our partner schools, you'll: Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with school leaders.
Act as a strategic advisor and problem-solver, delivering tailored solutions that meet each school's unique needs.
Drive contract renewals, ensure high satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for growth.
Lead vibrant community events that bring schools, families, and children together.
Collaborate with our Service Delivery, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure seamless support and exceptional service.
Keep a close eye on account performance and financial metrics to maximise retention and impact.
Who You Are You're a natural relationship-builder who loves making a difference.
You bring:3–5 years of experience in B2 B account management or a similar client-facing role (experience in education or childcare a big plus)A strong track record of stakeholder management and customer retention.
Excellent communication skills – confident, clear, and always professional.
Strong commercial acumen and comfort with financial metrics.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for delivering high-quality service and being part of something bigger.
