We are seeking an exceptional Sales Performance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering outstanding customer service.

About the Role

The Sales Performance Expert will be responsible for generating sales, exceeding targets, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Store Manager to achieve sales objectives, manage stock levels, and maintain the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales and Exceed Targets: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and promoting products.
  • Provide Outstanding Customer Service: Deliver personalized support, resolve issues promptly, and ensure customers leave satisfied.
  • Manage Stock Levels and Maintain Store Appearance: Optimize inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Loading and Unloading Heavy Products: Ensure efficient product handling and movement within the store.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, administrative abilities, and previous experience in a similar position. Proven sales and target achievement skills are essential, along with the ability to work physically demanding tasks. A forklift license is highly desirable.
