- Job Description:
- Work closely with our core sales and pre-sales teams as a Subject Matter Expert, engaging directly with clients and marshaling all available vendor resources and support to deliver results.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver on your assigned software sales target, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Provide specialized software and licensing expertise when working with sales, business development, and professional service teams on RFP/RFI responses.
- Help develop new opportunities with existing clients and prospects within your territory.
- Forecast, track, and analyze pipeline performance in your territory.
- Complete ongoing vendor training and certification, expanding your skillset and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies.
- Ensure the sales and pre-sales teams in your territory are informed about the latest vendor offerings and features, promoting awareness and adoption.
- All quoting for new solutions and for your assigned territory.
- Proactively manage renewals for assigned clients, collaborating with our dedicated renewals team.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience selling software licensing solutions (minimum 3 years).
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and experience selling Microsoft solutions to Australian-based customers.
- Established relationships with key vendors across security and application software.
- Self-motivated, task-focused, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective time management and prioritization to meet deadlines.
- Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service experiences.
- Professional presentation and strong verbal and written communication skills.
