Experienced Sales Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate sales professional to join our team at North Lakes.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a true passion for streetwear fashion and customer connection. As a sales assistant, you will be the heart of the store, leading your team to create an amazing customer experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in their product knowledge and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert styling advice, highlighting special promotions and answer product inquiries.
  • Take charge as a team leader, supporting opening and closing procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the team to fulfill online orders and roll out in-store promotions and exciting campaign activations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock deliveries and cycle counts, to keep the store organized and well-stocked.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • A true passion for streetwear fashion.
  • High energy and enthusiasm to make an impact with customers and help build a Stateside Sports community.
  • Comfortable working with individual KPIs and sales targets – ready to crush those goals.
  • Great availability, including peak trade times and between 7am to 7pm daily.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.
