This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective acquisition of top talent to meet dynamic business needs.

The Talent Acquisition Representative supports recruiting activities by providing administrative and clerical assistance, receiving, screening, and filing incoming resumes, background and reference checks, coordinating initial screening interviews, scheduling telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants, maintaining accurate records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools, creating new hire packets, scheduling background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants, promoting the Company image to candidates and external service providers, and administering typing and math tests as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of recruitment programs.
  • Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks.
  • Coordinate initial screening interviews and schedule telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Maintain accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
  • Create new hire packets and schedule background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants.
  • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers.
  • Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants, as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in a related field with less than one year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables; ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
