Staffing Support Specialist

The role of a Staffing Support Specialist is situated within our after-hours services unit, providing responsive support to residential care programs that cater to young people with complex needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Offer staffing assistance to our after-hours services team
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
  • Adequate knowledge and understanding of youth services principles
  • Relevant experience in supporting vulnerable populations or residential care settings
  • Ability to effectively engage with young people who face social and emotional challenges
  • Awareness of occupational health and safety requirements in the workplace
