About You: Must have previous experience in a dealership as a receptionist, service receptionist, service advisor or similar, wanting to develop new skills.
Obviously, Warranty experience candidates are encouraged to apply; however, you must be a people person and willing to assist with the reception and customer service duties.
Can show initiative, provide support when needed with customers Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with ERA is a plus.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive can-do attitude and a passion for customer service.
