About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team at GWS Chadstone Pty Ltd in Oakleigh. As a full-time Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of warranties for our Automotive Dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Process and administer customer warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with third-party suppliers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to warranty claims
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the warranty process
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of warranty claims
- Collaborate with the sales, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and warranty policies
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience in a warranty administration or technical role is preferred within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with suppliers, and internal teams
- Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and warranty policies
