**Eagers Automotive are now searching for a Permanent Full Time Warranty Clerk to join our team in Essendon Fields.**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for processing warranty claims whilst providing ongoing warranty support including working through paperwork to ensure we are complying with manufacturer procedures.

**About the role**:

- Assist Service Advisors in assessing warranty matters
- Compiling and completing warranty claims following guidelines set by Manufacturer
- Keep valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
- Maintain warranty storage of return parts and return all parts requested tagged within the Manufacturers time frame
- Maintain clear direction on factory policy decisions
- Maintain adherence to the Motor Dealers Act
- Maximise warranty rebate costs to each RO claim, staying within the Manufacturer's guidelines
- Internal costings of Repair Orders
- Assist Service reception when required

**Do you have?**
- Previous warranty experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill
- Intermediate skill within the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A great team player
