About the Role:

DSV Air & Sea is seeking a skilled Sales Advisor, Key Accounts to support the Sales & Key accounts team in Melbourne or Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall profitability of DSV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in preparing customer proposals for assigned key accounts or potential accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect, analyze, and evaluate information to increase productivity and efficiency in sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives in line with company blueprint.
  • Monitor trends and evaluate performance to provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability.
  • Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with KAMs.
  • Respond to new business spot quotes requests as required.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with experience in international freight forwarding, sales coordination, and sales processes. You should have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, as well as knowledge of key accounts and development.
