About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sales Advisor, Key Accounts to join our team at DSV in Melbourne or Sydney. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Key accounts team in developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, driving account development, and contributing to the overall profitability of DSV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in preparing customer proposals for assigned key accounts or potential accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and prepare proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations to support the sales team in attaining monthly and annual targets.
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and account for information to increase productivity and efficiency in sales.
  • Identify opportunities with key accounts based on customer research and development.
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives in line with company blueprints.
  • Monitor trends and evaluate performance to provide feedback to the sales team on improving quote turnaround times and presentability.
  • Attend Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with KAMs.
  • Respond to new business spot quotes requests as required.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in international freight forwarding, sales coordination, and sales processes. You will also have a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, as well as knowledge of key accounts and development.
