Job Opportunity

The role of Organisational Development Specialist involves providing expert HR advice to assigned client groups and stakeholders within the Department.

This is a 2-year fixed-term position situated within the Employee and Workplace Relations area of People, Safety, Culture and Communications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering organisational development projects that drive business outcomes and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers in employee relations matters and resolving workplace conflicts through early resolution solutions.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and serving as a trusted advisor on complex strategic and operational issues.

About You:

  • You will possess extensive experience in delivering organisational development projects and driving business outcomes.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and provide guidance in employee relations matters.
  • A wealth of experience in providing advice on workplace matters, performance management, workplace change, employee development and industrial relations.
  • Seasoned experience in the provision of HR services in a large complex organisation.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A qualification in human resources, organisational development, business and/or other relevant fields.
