Role Overview

Your primary task will be to ensure the accuracy of portfolio holdings, market values, liquidity, and overdraft positions. You will investigate and resolve any exceptions in an efficient manner, working closely with the Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Settlement teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure potential and actual overdraft positions are rectified immediately and escalated to management.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Actions, Treasury, and Settlement teams to investigate and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in special projects to gain exposure to different roles and aspects of the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant Investment Operations role with solid exposure to either Reconciliations, Corporate Actions, or Middle Office.
  • International markets experience will be highly regarded.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a strong working knowledge of computer applications.
  • A proven ability to analyze independently.
  • A demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment working with multiple and diverse responsibilities.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external clients, including solid verbal communication skills to interact with portfolio managers, traders, and internal clients.
