Maintenance and Facilities Operations Manager

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, supervising maintenance crews and overseeing renovation projects. They should be highly organized with excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks and manage inventory effectively.
- Oversee daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring high-quality results and efficient task completion.
- Lead renovations of vacant properties, coordinating capital improvement projects across various portfolios.
- Manage office-related duties such as scheduling, reporting, and ordering supplies.
- Supervise and manage the maintenance crew, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, address immediate issues, and plan for future projects.
- Oversee inventory management, monitoring orders and distributions to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Proven experience in building maintenance and upkeep, preferably with supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, be proactive in maintaining a safe working environment, and foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
