Job Title: HR Generalist

At Talent Focus, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to maximise the performance of the department and its people resource across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and processes across recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, staff movements, establishment, leave, payroll, and OHS to support effective people management practices.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, labour hire management, and deliver administrative and support services to support the HR function and project delivery.
  • Source and compile HR information, prepare documentation, and update HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identify and analyse emerging issues, trends, and statistics to inform decision making and prepare reports and submissions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR in Australia with a Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
