Executive Commercial Property Director

The successful Senior Property Manager will lead a team of property professionals, overseeing the overall performance of our commercial portfolio across the ACT region.
You will develop strategic plans for property assets, drive leasing campaigns and ensure client revenue targets are achieved through effective budget management.
Requirements- A minimum 7 years' experience in property/asset management is required, preferably with high-quality office assets
- A Real Estate Licence relevant to the ACT is mandatory
- A proven track record in office lease negotiations is essential
- Strong leadership abilities, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
