Strategic Application Development Lead

This is a key leadership role that drives the strategic direction of our application stack, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. As a Strategic Application Development Lead, you will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and reliable application solutions in on-premises and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership on application development and maintenance activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful architectural solutions, and mentoring and coaching team members on architectural concepts and best practices. You will also be responsible for evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decisions and drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on application architecture and design
- Experience leading the design and development of complex enterprise applications and systems
- Hands-on experience with a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to application development (e.g., Java, .NET, Python)
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable application solutions in on-premises and cloud environments
- Collaboration and communication skills are essential for this role as you will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and other IT teams to implement new application systems
